The present Church dates from the 14th and 15th centuries although there is some stonework of an earlier date, it is a fine example of an unspoilt simple country Church, the hexagonal font dates from the 15th century and has been described as ‘one of the finest in Buckinghamshire’. An alabaster panel depicting the crucifixion was given to Holy Trinity in the nineteen twenties. It is considered by the British Museum to be of a quality more rare than the panel in the Ashmolean, and is thought to have been carved as early as 1430 by the Nottingham School.
